The gloves are manufactured in very large quantities(in one carton there are 1.000 pcs) and quality check are carried only with sampling plans.
In the gloves the typical defects monitored are: major and Minor defects and pin holes. The more precise will be the sampling plans (the random check are carried following to ISO 2859 or AST standards) and the more will be the statistical guarantee of having reduced possible defects.
The lower the AQL number is, the higher is the product quality.
Unfortunately the AQL, itself, does not describe entirely the quality of the product without knowing the exact sampling plan and the critical defects.
